While chasing a Survivor, your Terror Radius is 5/10/15% bigger. While not chasing a Survivor, your Terror Radius is 15/20/25% smaller.

Overcharge

The Doctor

Whenever you damage a Generator: Its regression speed will go from 85% to 130% over the next 30s. The next Survivor who starts repairing it gets a special Skill Check. If they miss it, they lose 2/3/4% more progress.

Overwhelming Presence

The Doctor

Whenever a Survivor uses an item within 32m of you, they gain Exhausted for 15s. Whenever a Survivor within 32m of you gains Exhausted, you see the closest Exhausted Survivor's Aura for 2/3/4s. Cooldown: 25s.

Sloppy Butcher

General perk

Whenever you damage a Survivor with a basic-attack: They gain Hemorrhage for KG Sloppy Butcher.Durations. They gain Mangled for KG Sloppy Butcher.Durations. Survivors with Hemorrhage lose healing progress KG Sloppy Butcher.Hemmorhage Boost%% faster.
