The first time a Survivor gains a Hook State, a Dull Totem ignites. Whenever a running Survivor gains Haste within 32m of you, you are alerted. Running Survivors cannot gain more than 25/20/15% Haste at a time.

Whenever you damage a Generator, for each Charge it has, it regresses 2% faster. Cooldown: 55/50/45s.
